Children's Museum and more Spring Pictures

Last Friday we went to the Childrens Museum, Alyssa, Lexie and I had so much fun.  It was long day for all of us and I know Lexie and I both took a long nap when we got home but definitely something we will do again.

She was great playing in all the exhibits and interacted well with the other kids, one of the benefits of going to daycare.  She waved at just about everyone we saw, our little social butterfly! :)  We ended the day with a carousel ride.  By that point Lexie was done.  She was tired and hungry and becoming very cranky so we quickly left and fed her before we left the parking garage.

Here are some more random pic's around the house.  As you can see she is into everything, crawling everywhere!  She loves the backdoor, we have to make sure at least the screen door is ALWAYS shut.

She is still in love with Kota and follows her just about everywhere.  She loves walking while holding onto our fingers and is "furniture cruising" around everything.  I don't think it will be long before she lets go and walks on her own.  Just a couple days ago her 5th tooth came in!  Two on the bottom and three on top, I'm hoping the 4th top one isn't far behind so she doesn't look off center. :)

She doesn't eat baby food at all anymore, once we introduced her to table food she loved it and can't get enough!  Now she just eats what we eat for dinner, in Lexie sized pieces of course.  Since she can feed herself this makes dinnertime a lot easier, she eats while we are eating.  She does the same at daycare and eats the school food.  She is doing really well and isn't near as picky about table food as she was the baby food, she has eaten just about everything we've put in front of her.  We went out to eat and ordered our first kids meal last week!  Dinner cleanup is a little more difficult since she makes a mess at every meal, I've got to wash her and the highchair everytime!

We have found her in quite a few interesting positions in her crib in the mornings.  She rolls to her belly a lot during the night and we usually find her crammed into one corner laying on top of one of the toys in her crib.  Sometimes with her butt in the air, it's quite amusing, I'm not sure how she can be comfortable.  Yesterday Greg went to get her and she was standing there waiting on him!

We've got 24 more days until her 1st Birthday!  So hard to believe!  She is SOOO much fun, always laughing and smiling, it's going to be a GREAT SUMMER!!
